   Tool Design — the agent's hands

   A model can write the perfect email to Acme's VP, but it can't SEND it, can't touch the CRM, can't check a calendar — until you give it tools. A tool is a typed contract the model reads to act.

   One model call can't accomplish the Acme task. It has to plan the steps, run a tool, SEE the result, and decide what to do next — that feedback loop, made into a debuggable state graph, is orchestration.
