Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Alset (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including site builders, enterprise course students, mentors, and visitors of published sites.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior approval.

Platform Services

Alset provides two primary services:

  • AI Site Builder (Free): An AI-assisted tool for building income-generating websites. Building and publishing are free. Hosting is billed at $20/month via Stripe.
  • Enterprise AI Courses ($100 one-time per course): Hands-on courses where you build production AI systems in sandboxed environments. Each course purchase is a one-time payment granting permanent access to course materials and your project code.

Payments & Billing

  • All payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Alset does not store payment card details.
  • Site hosting ($20/month): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your My Projects page. Your site remains live until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
  • Enterprise courses ($100 one-time): Non-refundable. You retain permanent access to course materials and can download your code at any time.
  • Site visitor subscriptions: If your published site offers paid tiers, visitor payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for the terms of service between you and your site visitors.

Intellectual Property

  • Your content: Sites you build and content you create on Alset belong to you. By publishing on the Platform, you grant Alset a non-exclusive license to display your published sites and share community content within the Platform.
  • Enterprise course code: Code you write in sandboxed environments is yours to download, modify, and use. You own your project code.
  • Course materials: Course instructions and chapter content are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or publicly shared.
  • Platform code: The Alset platform, its design, and its source code are the property of Alset and may not be copied or reproduced.

AI-Generated Content

Alset uses AI models to generate content, code, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing or acting on it.
  • You are solely responsible for content published on sites you build, regardless of whether it was AI-generated.
  • AI-generated content must not be used to mislead, deceive, or impersonate real people or businesses.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Create spam, phishing pages, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or abuse its resources (including AI API usage).
  • Fabricate wins, evidence submissions, or portfolio items.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Revenue estimates, MRR projections, and earning suggestions provided by the Platform are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of income. Actual results depend on your effort, market conditions, and many other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Alset in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

Alset relies on third-party services (hosting, AI models, payment processing). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or revenue impact caused by service interruptions beyond our control.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@alset.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your published sites will go offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of Alset after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
