Give the AI your notes, your price list and your rate, and it writes a tidy quote in a minute. Then you check every line against your own prices before it goes out.

The AI is good at the words you find hardest to write: a plain explanation, a calm reply to a complaint, a firm but polite reminder. You check that it only promises what you can do.

Describe a fault well and the AI gives you a checklist of likely causes, easiest first. You test each one yourself, and you never let it talk you round a safety device.

The AI is quick at finding where an answer lives, and bad at being the answer. Give it the real manual, ask it to point to the page, and read that page yourself.
