This course teaches plumbers to use AI for quotes, fault codes, leak-finding notes and customer messages. It does not teach plumbing or gas work, and it does not count towards a licence or any training scheme. Your training and your country's water and gas rules decide how the work is done. Everything in the examples is made up: the firm, the customers, the prices and the boiler.
Mr Patel wants two things done: a new basin tap in the bathroom, and the dripping valve on the bedroom radiator replaced.
