AI Ethics & Bias in Practice
Learn what fair and responsible AI means in everyday work, then test it yourself: measure whether an AI applicant screen treats groups differently, find the cause, fix it, see what the fix costs, and finish with an ethics review your team can reuse.

A beginner course for everyone who uses or builds AI at work. You take a made-up AI tool that screens 2,000 made-up job applicants, measure its selection rate and error rate for each group, trace the gap to its cause (the data, the labels, or a stand-in field), compare two fixes before and after, write the notice applicants see and a way for them to ask for a human review, and fill in a one-page ethics review for one real AI use at your company. Workplace practice; the course names no law as the test of fairness. Educational, not legal advice.
