This course teaches you to use AI for the paperwork and thinking around a job: quotes, messages, fault-finding notes, looking things up, and running the business. It does not teach electrical, gas or plumbing work, and it does not count towards a licence. Your training and your country's rules decide how the work is done. Everything in the examples is made up: the firm, the customers, the prices and the water heater.
Tom is a plumber at Brook & Vale Services, a made-up two-van firm. Before his first job he has a quote to write, a customer to answer and an invoice to chase.
Last month he started doing all three on his phone, by talking to an AI app in the van. Ten minutes instead of an hour.
In this course you learn to do the same, safely. The AI does the typing. You stay the expert.
