You do not need an app. At the end of each day, write down roughly how long you spent on the tools, driving and buying parts, quotes and invoices and messages, and chasing payments. Or say it into your phone and ask the AI to keep a running total for the week. Most people's guess is off, in the same direction as Tom's.
